We can prepare and complete all documentations for renewal of your Indian passports in New Zealand. An application for renewal of Indian Passport is required to be filed with the High Commission of India in Wellington along with prescribed documents and application forms.
General documents required for renewal of Indian Passports:
- Renewal of Passport Application Form;
- Original Indian passport;
- Copy of valid New Zealand visa [If visa is not stamped on the passport];
- Four recent photographs of 2 inches X 2 Inches (51mm X 51mm) with light background;
- Annexure "E" must be completed and signed by the applicant;
- Personal Particulars Form;
- In case of Change in Address please attach any two of the following
a.) Water/Electric/Telephone/Gas connection bill
b.) Valid Ration card/ Aadhar Card/ Election Commission photo ID
c.) Parent’s passport copy.
- Following is mandatory, if the passport has expired more than one year ago
a.) Letter confirming "Denial of New Zealand Citizenship"

b.) Local Police Clearance certificate from Ministry of Justice, New Zealand
- Self-addressed prepaid courier envelope to return your passport.
Passport Renewal Fee:
Passport application Fee: NZD $115 (correct as on 18/09/2018)
Travel India’s Fee: FROM NZD $150 (Depending upon individual cases)
Passport Renewal Application Processing time:
For a regular application filed with all the necessary documents and forms is around 40 working days, however it may take more time due to several operational reasons of Indian High Commission, Wellington.
